Known issues

Accessing your Papers Library without first adding an item

It is currently not possible to access your Papers Library directly from Dimensions without first adding an item to it and then clicking the "Add to Library" button again. We're working on improving this functionality in the future.

Browser and plug-in settings preventing access to the Papers Library

Some users have reported that they cannot access their Papers Library from Dimensions. In most of those cases, this was due to a browser or browser plug-in / add-on setting, e.g. one that prevents cross-site tracking. If you're experiencing similar issues, please check your browser's security settings and modify these as appropriate.
