Please use this guide to search for your journal content in Dimensions, as well as to determine whether or not your journal is included in our Source Title index. If you see your journal's publications in Dimensions but do not see your journal name in our Source Title filter, it is likely due to one of the following:
- Your publication metadata was only recently added to Crossref. If you have recently registered your publication DOIs, and added the journal ISSN within those Crossref records, the journal will be added to Dimensions in one of our upcoming source database updates. Please be aware that these updates occur approximately 3-4 times per year, so it will take some time for the new title to appear. This means that if your journal is very new, it may not be available in the filter yet, even if we harvested some articles from Crossref or our other sources already.
- Your publication metadata does not include sufficient journal-level information to create the journal in Dimensions' source database. To ensure your journal is included in the next update, please make sure all information in your publication Crossref records is accurate and up to date, including a consistent ISSN and journal title. Please be aware that Dimensions' source database updates occur approximately 3-4 times per year. We appreciate your patience.
If your journal is included in the Source Title index, but you have noticed inconsistencies (for example, two journals merged under one title, name changes, or other complex issues), please review this support article for necessary next steps.
